“My grandparents always encouraged me as a young artist. Inheriting most of my grandfather’s tools when he passed away didn’t seem like much at the time but now I feel like a little piece of his love for me and my dreams goes into every design.”

Pregnant with my fifth child, I found myself staring at a blank wall in my house desiring to create something for it. I rummaged through my grandfather’s tools and decided to try hammering a nail into wood. Eight months later, I created my first nail art piece, a world map. It currently resides in a conference room in Carmel, IN and I have been creating ever since.
I was a graphic designer before having children and blending the world of design into this new art medium of wood and nails has been very satisfying. Creating custom show-stopping pieces out of simple roofing nails is so fun!
